Little Friends School is pleased to offer your child a memorable summer filled with exciting activities. Our goal is to not only help children develop their academic skills but also their social and athletic skills. Our creative teachers provide kids with enthusiasm and encouragement to participate in fun activities where they can learn in a supportive environment.
The 8-week summer program, which goes from July 1 – August 23, includes going to a pool every Monday, a trip every Wednesday, music program, drone flying classes, Krav Magra classes (Israeli martial arts), as well as cooking and arts and crafts.
As we encourage children to explore, experiment and experience new things, our primary goal is to instill in children a love of learning that will guide them throughout their lives. Our summer program allows children to grow and learn across all realms, including educationally, physically and socially. Children enrolled in our summer program are provided the opportunity as well as guidance to new learning situations. Our caring and supportive staff encourages creativity, self-expression, and developing new friendships.

Our 8-week summer program provides both full day and half day camp activities. A full day is from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and a half day is from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The following camp events and activities include:

At Little Friends School, we provide the opportunity for children to explore our great city where they can expand their knowledge through field trips. Some of our trip locations include:
- Flushing Meadow Park
- The Bronx Zoo
- The Museum of Math
- The Museum of Moving
- Alley Pond Environmental Center
- The Queens Botanical Garden
These kinds of field trips allow children to participate in learning experiences in math, science, and literacy through educational activities that stimulate their young minds.
